Customer Portal Online Tour



GE Infrastructure, Water & Process Technologies Customer Portal provides a sales representative locator listing GE sales offices by region, country, industry, and market type.  In addition, you can display the contact information for YOUR GE sales/service representative and send him/her an email question or concern.

STEP 1:  Use the Sales representative locator portlet to search by region, country, and/or industry/market type to list sales reps/offices... or click on 'view my sales representative'

The sales representative locator portlet lets you search by region, country, and/or industry/market type for a sales office in your area.

 
STEP 2:  View results of sales rep search, and select a representative you wish to email

From the results screen choose a representative you wish to email, and click on his/her name.

 

STEP 3: Fill in the form with your information and question and submit

Your GE sales representative will be contacted with the information you entered.
