With enormous processing power, the controller provides advanced chemistry control by continuously optimizing feed rates based on changing process conditions. Because the system feeds directly from bulk storage, your employees avoid the risks of chemical handling.

The system combines automated control and an advanced user interface in a single package deployed on the plant floor. It integrates easily with your existing systems, communicating with computers, workstations and telephones using industry-standard protocols. Process information and controls appear on a graphic display in a familiar Microsoft Windows® format. You can monitor real-time or historical conditions locally or remotely, using a built-in web server or PlantView software.

Optional VeriFeed™ chambers ensure accuracy by continuously verifying the exact amount of chemical being fed. The system is highly flexible and expandable to serve a variety of needs. A single unit can control up to 12 devices with 32 input and output signals. A removable flash memory records 45 days of data.
