The DeltaFlow™ process from GE Water & Process Technologies produces ultrapure water in a small footprint, at low operation and maintenance cost. You eliminate acid/caustic storage and handling and regenerant waste neutralization and discharge.

The process combines three proven technologies to create the world's most advanced ultrapure water system:

Using softened feedwater, you can produce ultrapure water without the use of chemicals. Typical product water contains:

	Less than 0.06 µmho/cm conductivity, 16-18.3 megohms/cm
	Less than 0.05 ppm SiO2
	Less than 0.5 ppm dissolved oxygen

The DeltaFlow system produces water in a continuous process. Its reject stream can be reclaimed for use in other processes, such as cooling tower makeup. As such, the system generates no wastewater and reduces your wastewater treatment costs. Complete containerized systems can often be connected within hours. The equipment is space-efficient and easily retrofitted in building installations, with no chemical storage tanks or complex piping. The highly-automated process needs minimal operator attention and minimal maintenance and repair.
