LeakWise Oil-on-Water Monitor

If hydrocarbons leak into your water, you need to know immediately without any false alarms

Leakwise oil-on-water monitoring and detection systems enable early detection and mitigation of water pollution events. Leakwise can detect oil sheens, monitor oil buildup, measure hydrocarbon layer thickness, alert operators of oil presence, and shut down pumps or valves 24/7. For years, the reliable, easy-to-use and low-maintenance Leakwise systems have given power generation, power distribution, oil pipeline, tank farm, marine and other industries control over potentially costly oil spills. Leakwise can also be used for spill prevention, control, and countermeasure (SPCC) plans, since the systems meet plan criteria and comply with EPA regulations.

Leakwise Product Features

  • Provides early, reliable detection of hydrocarbons on water 24/7 without false alarms
  • Immediately detects the presence of any type of hydrocarbon on water starting at 0.3 mm
  • Measures hydrocarbon layer thickness from 1-200 mm
  • Offers easy installation and minimal maintenance
  • Provides oil presence or thickness alerts with visual or audible alarms and messages
  • Controls skimmers, discharge pumps, and shutoff or diverter valves
  • Features breakthrough patented, high-frequency electromagnetic absorption technology

  • Consists of a wired or wireless controller and one or more sensors, depending on application needs
  • Offers user-adjustable low and high oil set points for alarm and control

Total Organic Carbon (TOC) Analyzer

Achieve better total organic carbon (TOC) recovery from your wastewater

If the organic content of your industrial or waste water is unknown or highly variable, you need a TOC analyzer that can handle a wide range of sample matrices with minimal maintenance or downtime.

The Sievers InnovOx* TOC Analyzers help companies monitor, measure, and control the quality of their wastewater, environmental, and industrial process water. Using GE’s patented supercritical water oxidation (SCWO) technology, InnovOx* analyzers are able to achieve excellent TOC recoveries, regardless of organic compounds or particulates in the sample. They handle challenging sample matrices – including brine, humic acid, and cellulose - with ease and minimal maintenance.

InnovOx* Analyzer Product Features

  • Has a broad, dynamic linear range of 0.5 to 50,000 ppm
  • Measures NPOC, total inorganic carbon (TIC), total carbon (TC), and total organic carbon by difference (TIC-TC)
  • Offers fast start-up and easy operation through an intuitive color touch-screen interface
  • Requires minimal operator intervention and six-month preventive maintenance intervals
  • Enables remote monitoring via an Ethernet web-based browser interface in the lab unit
  • Allows operators to configure customized alarms and outputs in the online model
